  5. Resume Format # 1- Chronological Who should select the chronological template? Anyone who has been working in public health and has recent jobs in the field.

  6. Resume Format - Chronological Why select the chronological template? Most common style – and recruiters like this format! Easy to follow and easy to read. Accounts for all time – no gaps between jobs. It is reverse order (present job to past job) Focuses on job titles, organization names, accomplishment statements.

  10. Resume Format # 2 Hybrid Who should select this format? Excellent choice for students without prior public health professional experience. Excellent choice for career changers. Excellent choice for those with limited professional work experience. Excellent choice for someone with sporadic PH experience.

  11. Resume Format- Hybrid Why use the Hybrid format? This format highlights the desired public health skills that employers are looking for. Looks chronological, but relevant experience can appear in preferred order. A great choice for many for MPH students. Downside: Dates are not consistent through out resume
