  2. REMEDIES FOR HEADACHE • Take a warm bath or shower; take a napor take a walk. • Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. • Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

  3. Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck.

  4. Remedies for Stomach Ache • Stop eating, it may be the cause. Lie on your back and relax. Don't do anything else, just relax. • Try taking Tums. They are a stomach pain relief medicine, and you need no prescription, ask your pharmacist/pediatrician.

  5. Place a heating pad on your abdomen to give temporary pain relief. Be on the lookout in case it does more harm than good. • Drink an herbal liquid which aids digestion such as ginger ,ale. Aloe Vera Juice (an anti-parasitic that aids digestion) or Seltzer water. Similar herbal teas that help digestion include mint, ginger or chamomile tea. Coffee has caffeine and can make your stomach ache worse .

  6. Remedies for toothache • Gently rubbing an ice cube in the area between the forefinger and the thumb for several minutes is an effective toothache remedy, as it eases toothache. It acts by overwhelming the pain impulses that usually travel along the nerve pathways. It has a 60 to 90% success rate. Ice placed directly on a throbbing tooth also helps ease the pain.

  7. Remedies for earache • Swallow hard. When you swallow, you activate the muscle that opens the eustachian tube. On an airplane, when the pilot announces that it's time to fasten your seat belts for landing, get your mouth set to swallow. Frequent swallowing can also bring some temporary relief from earache pain until you can get to the doctor. • Keep your mouth moving. You swallow more often when you chew gum or suck on a hard candy, so pop some into your mouth just before the plane descends. • Don't stifle a yawn. Yawning is an excellent way to keep the eustachian tube open. • Stay awake. If you're sleeping, you're not going to be swallowing, so ask your seatmate or a flight attendant to wake you before descent.

  8. Remedies for a fever • Drink as much water as you can in order to replace fluid loss. It will also help to bring down body temperature. • void eating solid foods until the fever is gone. You can replace the foods by drinking plenty of distilled water and/or juices. • Take cool bathes, fill a bath tub, submerge and lay down for 5' approximately. Repeat as needed until the fever is down.
