  6. Determine more concretely what Maribor wants to solve in order to enabling new ecology: enterprising skills and attitudes and career guidance system and methodology, • Agree on what to do on short-, mid- and long-term; develop the LAP • “Evaluate” the current GFIs, continue with those which work: convert “prototypes” into new services • Ensure in close cooperation with partners in the city commitment of the local authorities to further work in this field (incl. allocation of resources) • Learn from other cities’ practices And most importantly • We need to invest further efforts to ensure much greater engagement and empowerment of young people so that they become real co-creators
