  9. God poured upon them the gift of the Holy Spirit because the church prayed as one body.

  10. The disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit on Pentecost门徒在五旬节被圣灵充满 Acts2:1-2 (NKJ) 徒(CUVMPS) When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord[a] in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 五旬节到了,门徒都聚集在一处。 2 忽然,从天上有响声下来,好像一阵大风吹过,充满了他们所坐的屋子;

  11. As the result, 3000 people accepted Jesus & were baptized.

  12. Apostle Peter & John went to the Temple in the hour of prayer. There they met a lame & healed him.

Acts徒 3:1-2,6-8 A Lame Man Healed瘸腿得医治 Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple

  14. Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” 7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God.

  15. Acts 4:18使CUVMPS Peter & John were arrested and brought before the Jewish court (Sanhedrin) for healing the lame in the name of Jesus. They were told not to speak or teach in the name of Jesus.

  16. Acts 徒4:23-25(NKJV) And being let go, they went to their own companions and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said to them. 24 So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: “Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them,…

  17. Acts 4:31(NKJV) And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
