  2. Kart rakamların olduğu bölüme okutulacaktır. Ulutek TGB’nin güvenlik girişinde ve ana bina giriş kapısına yerleştirilen Personel takip Sistemi ile Ulutek personelinin giriş-çıkışı takip edilmesi gerekmektedir. Gerektiğinde bu bilgilerin Maliye Bakanlığına rapor edilebileceği nedeni ile aşağıda belirtilen şekilde kullanımına dikkat edilmesini rica ederiz. Araç kullanan personelin güvenlik girişinde kartını okutması ile girişi gerçekleşerek bariyer açılır. Bariyerde okutulan kartın ana bina girişinde tekrar okutulmasına gerek yoktur. Araç içindeki diğer personelerin veya yaya girişi ile giren personeller, mesai başlangıçı için ana bina giriş kapısında, sağdaki “Giriş” yazan modüle, mesai bitiminde ise ana bina çıkışında “Çıkış” yazan modüle kartını okutması gerekmektedir.
