  2. Solution 1: Using Flushing SPDY Sockets in Chrome Browser  Step 1. First of all, you copy: chrome://net-internals/#sockets  Step 2. Then you paste it into the address bar of Chrome browser and hit Enter.  Step 3. Finally, you just click on the Flush socket pools button to fix the Err_SPDY_Protocol_Error error on Chrome.

  3. Solution 2: Clear All Cache and Cookies  You should be able to fix ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR on Chrome browser by removing all cached files and cookies on your Google browser. To do that, follow these steps:  You type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the address bar then tap Enter.  Now you need to select options as picture below, then click on the Clear browsing data button. All done.

  4. Solution 3: Flush DNS Cache and Renew IP Address  If you want to fix ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR on Chrome browser, you need to flush the DNS cache and renew the IP address.  Step 1. You launch Command Prompt as Administrator.  Step 2. In Command Prompt, you type ipconfig /flushdns and tap Enter.  Step 3. Next type ipconfig /renew in Command Prompt and tap Enter.

Now you just add website addresses one by one under ‘URLs to exclude:’ section.
