  12. DISCUSSION: OPPORTUNITIES • What works? What’s missing? What else should we be doing? • Given what you know about what we are doing, what do you hope it can achieve? In the short and longer terms? How would you define “success” short and long term? • What do you see as some of the broad potential pitfalls and challenges that could impede the success of the CIW? • Do you have suggestions or recommendations to address the challenges and increase success? • Can you offer assistance or point us to resources and solutions?

RELEASE PLANS“SOFT” LAUNCH • Not just a launch date (late October) but a launch period (May-December) • Soft launch (for stakeholders) and hard launch for (media and general public) • Workshops in up to 13 cities across the country • Presentation to Canadian and International Conferences • CIW Bulletin • Media cultivation

What are some current hot issues that the CIW can highlight locally? • Who should we talk to in your city/province? • Is there anything else you would like to add before we end our discussion?
