  1. A 58-year-old man with dyspnea, since 1 year ago, aggrevated 4 months ago A endotracheal mass in distal trachea and carina with airway narrowing.

  2. Distal trachea was 90% obstructed by multi-lobulated mass.

  3. After Nd-YAG laser cauterization, the mass was piece-by-piece resected by rigid tube and forceps.

  4. Tracheal lumen Adenoid cystic carcinoma

  5. A delicate cribriform pattern with pseudocysts Adenoid cystic carcinoma

  6. The tumor cells are arrayed about pseudocysts. Adenoid cystic carcinoma
