  1. Survey of Santa Claus’s challenges in controlling intelligent reindeer systems PelleSvanslös Keywords:ubicomp, joulupukki, gift distribution, reindeer control Central concepts Santa Claus is a bearded old man who manufactures gifts and distributes them with gift distribution Reindeer is a scary four-legged furry animal who has evolved into quick runner because of long history in gift distribution Gift distribution refers to the traditional process in which good children are given nice items, usually commercial products, in order to keep the nice on the next year, too. Reindeer control is applied in order to make reindeers run where Santa Claus wants them to run Intelligent reindeer system is currently used in gift distribution in order to enhance the throughput. It requires reindeer control methods to be effective. Surveyed articles Mark Weiser, "Some Computer Science Problems in Ubiquitous Computing," Communications of the ACM, July 1993.
