FY12 – Added Retention (capped) as of 1/1/13; CMW compared to PEAK Jobs’ MW or AW; NAICS wage alternative; 42Agreements • 1/1/12 – “Refund” benefit process option • FY13 – 35 Agreements in 1st Qtr; Project 100-115 by 6/30/13 • FY10 to-date – 97 signed agreements estimating 11,479 new jobs @ $25.78 hrly wage; $818.4 mil new payroll/year; $1.5 bil capital investment

  8. Angel Investor TCs • 30 companies were approved for AI TCs in 2012 • $6.7 mil TCs have been allocated • $4.6 mil TCs have already been issued representing $9.2 mil in AI investments • Contact: Chris Harris, 785.296.6815

CDBG - ED • Apply anytime • Min/Max funding: $100,000/$750,000 • 1 FT Job = $35,000 CDBG • 51% of jobs must meet low/moderate income • Business loan rate: 4% • Term: 5 yrs WC; 10 yrs M&E; 15 yrs Bldg • Infrastructure – 25% payback at 0% • Environmental required • City/County applies on behalf of business
