Conclusions

  • The present tasting glasses obey the International Olive Oil Council rules in an acceptable way. The color differences are perceptible.

  • Manufactures must follow the dimensions of the standard glasses, adding a fixed color specification with corresponding tolerances.

  • Improve the sensorial analysis we propose two types: opaque glasses to a taste analysis and transparent glasses to a color sensorial analysis.
