Test Manager’s Role • The test manager ensures that: • Testing is performed • Overseeing Software Testers perform testing in the right way. • Testing is documented • Overseeing test cases are properly designed. • Participating in Formal Reviews, Peer Reviews. • Overseeing any type of testware is developed. • Implement Test Standards.

Test Manager’s Role • Testing techniques are established and developed • Assuring the correct testing techniques are established. • Provide mentoring on what testing techniques to implement. • Responsible for ensuring that tests are designed and executed in a timely and productive manner • Assure that test cases are designed according to the objectives stated on the test plan. • Assure that test execution is performed based on Project schedule.
