  4. Why use Go Formative? • Data Drive Instruction • Provides Immediate Feedback • Set an answer key, grading to done for you! • Engages students • Ensure every voice is heard • Differentiates Learning Activities based on student’s work

  5. How to Sign up at goformative.com • Start off by signing up as a teacher to set up your account

  6. How to Create an Assignment • Click here: • Now, give it a title, assign it’s type, and click on the ‘plus’ sign.

  8. Add Content • Simply upload an image and then click on either ‘plus’ sign

  10. Transform and Upload Assignments • ‘Do not re-invent the wheel’ if you don’t have to and with Go Formative, YOU WON’T NEED TO!!

  11. Transform and Upload Assignments • Once uploaded, you can now add questions to your document.

  14. How to Create Classes • Click on classes, then ‘+ New Class’ • Assign name and abbreviation • Ex. Name = Patton – A1 • Ex. Abbr. = A1

  15. Adding Students When adding students go to Classes, then click here: From there you will see this:

  16. Pro Tip Adding Students • DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT IS IN THE BOXES

  17. Assigning Formatives to Classes • Within your formative assignment, top right • Select each class individually: Click here and watch their results begin to come in. Don’t forget to ‘close’ it when done.

  18. Obtaining and Submitting Grades • Remember how we setup our students??? • Export your assignment into a CSV file • Within Live Results, click Export Results
