  2. Graduation Requirements • Use your credit check as a guide throughout the registration process. • Make sure you are choosing classes that meet your remaining graduation requirements.

  3. Fill in Name and Grade Case Justin 10 • Write your Last Name. • Write your First Name. • Indicate which grade you are going into NEXT year.

  4. Select an English Class Case Justin 10  1 • Select the appropriate English class and check the box next to your selection. • Select the level of rigor (Regular, Honors, or AP). • Indicate how many credits the course is worth.

  5. Let’s Talk About Level of Rigor Regular Honors AP / DE

  6. Select an English Class Case Justin 10  1 NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT FORM, NO HONORS OR AP CLASSES. If you select an Honors or AP class for ANY subject area, you MUST also complete the Honors/Advanced Placement acknowledgment form.

  7. Select an English Class Case For scheduling purposes only, ALL Dual Enrollment courses MUST be entered as a 0.5 credit class. Justin 10  0.5 NO SPC ID NUMBER, NO ON-CAMPUS DUAL ENROLLMENT COURSES. If you select an on-campus Dual Enrollment class, you MUST obtain an SPC ID number by completing an online SPC application. • You also need: • An unweighted 3.0 GPA • Qualifying test scores on the PERT, SAT, and/or ACT.

  8. Select an English Class Case You MUST follow the Dual Enrollment Registration Checklist process, which is in your packet, for off-campus courses. Simply writing Dual Enrollment on your registration form DOES NOTautomatically place you in Dual Enrollment courses. Justin 10  0.5 NO PERMISSION FORM, NO OFF-CAMPUS DUAL ENROLLMENT COURSES. If you select an off-campus Dual Enrollment class (3 per semester limit) for ANY subject area, you MUST also complete a Permission Form.

  9. Select an English Class Case You MUST register for off-campus Virtual courses BEFORE we leave for summer vacation. Simply writing FLVS or PVS on your registration form DOES NOTautomatically place you in off-campus Virtual courses. Justin 10 FLVS-AM  1 NO AGREEMENT FORM, NO OFF-CAMPUS VIRTUAL SCHOOL COURSES. If you select an off-campus Virtual class (3 per semester limit) for ANY subject area, you MUST also complete a Virtual School agreement form.

  10. Select a Math Class  1 • Select the appropriate Math class and check the box next to your selection. • Select the level of rigor (Regular, Honors, or AP). • Indicate how many credits the course is worth.

  11. Select a Science Class 1  • Select the appropriate Science class and check the box next to your selection. • Select the level of rigor (Regular, Honors, or AP). • Indicate how many credits the course is worth.

  12. Select a Social Studies Class 1  • Select the appropriate Social Studies class and check the box next to your selection. • Select the level of rigor (Regular, Honors, or AP). • Indicate how many credits the course is worth.

  13. Select Elective Classes • Use the back of your registration form to find electives. • If you have questions about a particular class (e.g., what is Sociology about?), visit the online curriculum guide. • You MUST list your alternates in this box---> DIT Keyboarding 1 Volleyball 1 Florida History

  14. Select Elective Classes 1 HOPE On-Campus Virtual 0.5 Creating Art 2D 1 Spanish 3 0.5 Sociology • Choose your classes wisely. Make sure you are meeting graduation requirements (refer to your credit check). • Indicate how many credits the course is worth.

  17. Do NOT Sign Up For… • Any course for which you already have credit, unless it is for grade forgiveness. • Any course in which you lack a prerequisite; refer to the online curriculum guide. • Any “On-Campus Virtual” course thinking it is a release period.

  18. Class Suggestions • College admission committees want to see that you are challenging yourself academically, which means taking Honors, AP, or Dual Enrollment courses. • Computer skills that will help you get hired (and succeed in college) include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, all of which are taught in Digital Information Technology.

  19. 7.0 Credits Worth of Classes • Your selected classes should add up to 7.0 credits. • You cannot have less than 7.0 credits on the front of this form. • Any additional courses on the front of this form will be considered alternates.
