  • During the OMB Clearance Process for the Annual Report, ADD received comments on how to collect consumer satisfaction data on the products they disseminate.


Originally add provided guidance so that
ORIGINALLY ADD PROVIDED GUIDANCE SO THAT:

  • UCEDDs could collect and report the consumer satisfaction data using qualitative methods


Add reconsidered
ADD RECONSIDERED

  • ADD determined that the qualitative data collected on products would be hard to aggregate in a useful form

Add drafted new guidance that

The details
THE DETAILS

  • Data must be collected from at least 50 people each project year.

  • The sample may include members of the UCEDD’s Consumer Advisory Committee, or other UCEDD’s CACs.


Data will be collected and reported using a four point scale
DATA WILL BE COLLECTED AND REPORTED USING A FOUR-POINT SCALE:

  • very satisfied

  • satisfied

  • somewhat satisfied

  • not at all satisfied

  • AUCD contacted a small group of directors and data coordinators for input on the tool.
