2. INTRODUCTION • Planning activities are the perfect way to keep on track with your work. • Get reminded of what needs to be done and schedule the next activities to undertake. • Your activities are available wherever you are in Odoo. It is easy to manage your priorities. • Activities can be planned and managed from the chatters or in the kanban views. • Odoo helps you easily plan your usual flow of activities. You can also create new activity types easily.

3. Go to CRM > Create a new opportunity > From form view we can see that an option SCHEDULE ACTIVITY

4. The form view for scheduling activity will look like below one.We can specify the type, due date, summary, description and also the supposed employee name for performing the activity > SCHEDULE

5. A number of generic activities types are available by default in Odoo (e.g. call, email, meeting, etc.). We will get more Activity types by clicking search more.. option

6. One can also schedule the activity from here also.Click on SCHEDULE AN ACTIVITY.We can see the already scheduled activity type.

7. We will get a short summary about the opportunity from Activities.

8. By clicking on that specified ones and will get more specified details like this.Click on any of that opportunity.

9. From the form view we can mark the activity as done, edit and so on.

10. Here we can see the updates after marking one of the the activity as done

11. Now created a opportunityand assigned an activity for the employee named Marc demo.

12. Now logged as Marc demo.Here we can see the activities planned already in late and for today .

13. We can see the late activities for this employee and like before the employee can make the activity as Mark As Done after performing the activities

14. Let’s SCHEDULE an activity of type Meeting. For that goto Sale module > Create an order > Schedule activity

15. Click on OPEN CALENDAR

16. When scheduling one, the calendar will simply open to let you select a time slot.Click on any of the time slot

17. We will get an popup like this after selecting the time slot, click on CREATE button • After SCHEDULING meeting

18. You can also create new activity types easily from CRM > Configuration > Activity Types > CREATE

19. Here created an activity type with action - Upload document, Default next activity - Email and also Scheduled date - after previous activity deadline

20. Now goto My Pipeline from CRM > Sales menu > My pipeline > Select one opportunity > Schedule Activity

21. Select your created activity type > SCHEDULE

22. Goto the form view, from there we can see that option for upload the document.

23. Select your document from your storage and the state will changed to Done

24. And at last the color indications of activity type from my pipeline Future activities Today activities Overdue activities
