  13. SafeLinQ Customer cases • Ministry of Justice (UK): Lone worker solution. All judges in the UK carry a SmartLinQ for personal security. • South African Police Services (South Africa): Various SafeLinQ devices are used for VIP Protection, investigation and armored car tracking and tracing. • Ministry of health, Welfare and Sport (the Netherlands): Health care solution for elderly and disabled people. The SmartLinQ is used in combination with a direct link to an alarm monitoring company for quick response.

  14. SafeLinQ Customer case: MOJ (1) Solution O2 offers a Lone Worker solution (SmartLinQ) to the Ministry of Justice in the UK.  Platform setup Because of the hard requirements on privacy and security, this solution runs on a dedicated platform in the MOJ data centre in the UK. All server monitoring and management is done by SafeLinQ.

  15. SafeLinQ Customer case: MOJ (2) • How it works • This solution is built by implementing our XML API (both PUSH • and PULL) together with a IVR solution. • Continuous tracking is done of the device and when the user presses the emergency button, he is connected to a dedicated emergency centre. • Calling the numbers programmed under the buttons 3 and 4 connects them to a Voice Response system, which raises or lowers their alert status at the emergency centre. Users leave a voice message on the system indicating the reason for raising ("to amber") or lowering ("to green") the status. • If a person raises his alert status to "amber", he will be called actively by the emergency centre every 15 minutes until he lowers his status to "green" again.

  16. SafeLinQ Customer case: MOJ (3) Pricing model • Cost of the devices, mobile subscription and monthly service fees for the SafeLinQ platform and follow-up by the emergency centre is covered by MOJ and paid directly to O2. • Events are included in the monthly service fee and are not charged separately.

  17. SafeLinQ Customer case: SKANSKA (1) Solution SKANSKA, a big construction group equips all its engineers with QLinQs as a lone worker solution. How it works SafeLinQ provides SKANSKA with the devices and SIM cards. SKANSKA uses the standard SafeLinQ platform setup and will configure the devices. All events are pushed via an API to Chubb UK who acts as the emergency Centre and offer 24H monitoring. End-users have no direct access to the platform. Pricing This solution is set up together with Orange. SKANSKA pays for all devices, mobile subscriptions and the monthly service fee directly to SafeLinQ.
