Relationship Management Tools: Intranet Management Wage: GESVEN software Several studies incorporated specifically life cycle cost approaches, and they are incorporated in the Business Model. The project leadership was internalized by RAVE (2007). The implementation of the SAP-ERP business management system, of which a functional analysis of the system already in place at REFER had already been carried out and lead to the decision to roll it out to RAVE, and the implementation of a modern GIS (Geographic Information System) application, which will serve to organise all the project’s technical components.
