Guidelines • Use the standard font sizes • No periods in a bulleted list • Omit needless words • Strunk & White #13 • If a bullet goes off the end of the line, reduce the number of words or break into two bullets • Paragraph spacing for major bullets is 12pt. Don’t put extra lines between bullets • If there are too many bullets to fit on a page, reduce the number of bullets or break into two pages • Use the templates properly. Assign a layout to each page and “reset” it to get to the default font sizes, particularly when importing
