Conditions Dust Devils are created when hot air is close to a surface and it rises quickly through small cool air that has a low pressure above it, the air will begin to rotate, then the column of hot air will stretch vertically, there for the mass will go closer to the axis NASA. www.NASA.com. 2011

  3. How long Dust Devils last?: One case of a dust devil is reported every five too ten years. it can last up to twenty minutes and go sixty mph. NASA. www.NASA.com. 2011

  4. When Dust Devils happen: • It happens mostly because of the weather around some dry Landscape and the wind will have to have high enough pressure for dust devils to occur NOAA. www.NOAA.gov. 2012

  5. Damage because dust devils: Dust devils have been known to go around one hundred air craft accidents, they typically do not cause any injuries to people. Injuries are very rare to happen to someone because of a Whirl Wind.
