  3. Exotic Locations

  4. Background

  5. Motivation • The proper leadership style will create an open and trusting relationship with each employee within their team. • Location Rotation: Program that allows our employees transfer to a different location for 6-12 month stay.

  6. Managing Diversity • Employees of the hotel should not only be diverse but should also build their cultural intelligence to have the ability to understand how cultural backgrounds affect a persons’ behavior. • It is significant that each employee appreciate cultural differences to enhance his or her interactions with each customer.

  7. Conflict • Research proves conflicts must remain with the business and its ideas, not the people. It will be the duty of the managers to keep conflicts associated with the business, not the people (for the benefit of the people).

  8. Conflict • For customers going through conflict in their life we encourage them to visit our hotels anywhere in the world they may hold doubt in. Our hopes are to promote people to visit new places, meet new people, and build new perceptions from the surrounding cultures.

  9. Communication • Marketing programs need to develop ways to communicate prices, availability, and level of commodity. Our marketing department will beskilled at creating promotional packages and communicating them effectively to the target markets.

  10. Communication • For example, our hotels located on exotic areas of the world for the purpose of exploring new places. • The market will consist of adults between 20-3o years old, retired people, honey mooners, or people going through a mid-life crisis. • We target costumers who share the same idea and passion for conserving nature and have lust for life.

  11. If you are looking for a high end and excessive luxury, go to a Trump Hotel. If you want fun and adventure and more out of life give us a try.
