  9. DECALOGO DEL ARBITRO Doy lo mejor de mí mismo y hago que mi esfuerzo en cada partido este al 100% de mis posibilidades físicas y mentales. Esperar lo inesperado: me mantengo atento y concentrado en todo momento a lo largo del partido. Permanezco próximo a las jugadas y me muevo buscando la mejor posición. Soy constante, tomo mis decisiones con las reglas de juego y aplico el mismo criterio en todas las situaciones que lo requieran. Entro a aportar mi experiencia pero con la ilusión de un principiante.

DECALOGO DEL ARBITRO • Realizo una buena gestión y control de los jugadores: soy dinámico y uso estrategias preventivas. • Actúo con gestos firmes y calmados, de manera clara y pública. • Respeto en todo momento a los jugadores. • Trabajo en equipo: me siento miembro de un equipo fuertemente unido, que actúa con gran confianza en sí mismo y mantiene un espíritu de colaboración permanente. • Tomo mis decisiones con valentía y seguridad, decido sin miedo al error.
