  3. Glossary Development Process • Rather than recreate the wheel, existing definitions were sought for the glossary • Numerous sources for existing definitions were identified • 165 terms covering important aspects of turnover, prices, and national accounts programs – not exhaustive

  4. Selection of Terms • Review of past presentations – particularly the papers prepared for the Voorburg Group meetings over the past three years • Review of the General Methodology Paper draft • Review of the Voorburg Group Thesaurus • Subjective inclusion criterion – (If I was confused, I added the term!)
