  4. Client Profile • 75% female • 189 households signed up to-date • 70% aged 25 to 49 • 21% aged under 25 • 44% unemployed for over 26 months • 28% have ESOL needs • 65% in receipt of Income Support

  6. Our Approach • Identification of Clients • Living in temporary accommodation • Able to undertake training and/or employment • Of working age • Method of Engagement • Outreach through home visits • Review Appointments

Social Mobility Impact • Increase of aspirational expectations • Increase awareness of current local employment climate • Active participation of available opportunities – no longer on the sidelines • Increase understanding of how behaviours affect their children • Willingness to travel outside of home borough
