RPS Proposed FEES
???????????? WHY ?????????General Assembly rewrote, as part of the Appropriations Act of 2009, to require the Radiation Protection Section to set the fees at amounts that provide revenue to offset its costs in performing its duties. Therefore the Radiation Protection Section will no longer receive appropriated funds to cover the costs of duties of the Section.
