  • Lack of knowledge of automation by many stakeholders

  • Political will with government legal backing for Single Window Environment

NCS Single Window Environment outlook

  • Transparency, simplification and strong enforcement will be used to discourage non compliance

  • Border Management will be based on advanced information and maximun use of direct electronic input, managed on the basis of intelligence led risk management covering people and commerce

  • Single Window Environment will be modern and competitively structured and focused on Service, revenue and national security
