Challenge No.3 The Form of Licence –Begin with the End in Mind PARTICULAR CONDITIONS 1.The licensee shall ensure that all effluent containing fats, oils and/or grease passes through a grease removal unit(s) before entry to the public sewer system. 2.The license shall ensure that the grease removal unit(s) is correctly dimensioned in accordance with (i) I.S. EN 1825 - Parts 1& 2 for Grease Interceptors or (ii) Plumbing and Drainage Institute (PDI) G101 for Grease recovery units. FOG Guidance Document Launch Seminar 26th January 2012
