From the Launcher menu, select File, Backup to open the Database Backup Wizard. Select the folder where you want to save the backup. Click OK to start the backup.

  1. Sage Company File Backup - Customer Care Directory To Restore A Sage 50 Backup: 1.Open Sage 50, pick out File / Restore 2. Select Browse and visit anyplace your backup record is (.PTB report), then click Open and Next 3. Select the preferred repair approach: • Overwrite existing agency statistics or An Existing Company • Create a brand new employer using the restored information or A New Company (pick out this selection if you wish to restore the backup to a new folder. Doing so will not overwrite your present facts.) 4. Select Next five. Select the favored repair options (choose all in maximum instances): • Company Data • Customized Forms • Web Transactions • Intelligence Reporting Reports or Business Intelligence Reports 6. Select Next 7. Verify the restore alternatives, after which choose Finish 8. The employer will open once the repair completes Note: If you want to edit the organisation name, you may do so through choosing Maintain, then Company Information. To Create A Sage 50 Backup: 1. Make sure you're logged into the enterprise you desire to backup • If you have got Sage 50 Premium or Quantum be in unmarried-consumer mode under sysadmin 2. Click on File / Backup • You can also click on the Backup icon (looks as if a record cupboard) from the toolbar on the top of the Home screen
