  1. How to Handle the Complaints of the Patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant? Being a certified nursing assistant, handling the complaints of the patients is a vital task. You can never avoid such situations when your patients face crises and complain about it. Sometimes, the complaints are minor and can be handled quite easily. However, sometimes patients complain of chronic issues that require discreet and expert handling by the nursing assistants. If you are getting professionally trained to be a certified patient care technician, then handling patients is no big deal for you.
