What is the FRC competition? • 2014 FIRST Robotics Competition • 2,850 teams • 71,250 high-school students (Grades 9-12) • 54 Regional Events; 4 Qualifying Championships; 36 Qualifying Competitions • FIRST Robotics Competition Championship at the FIRST Championship in St. Louis, MO, April 23-26, 2014 • Robots are built in 6 weeks from a common kit of parts provided by FIRST, and typically weigh up to 150 lbs. • Check out the website • http://www.usfirst.org/aboutus/vision Liberty High School Botty Builders Team 4131

Why we need sponsors! • Our calculated budget for the 2014 year is over 20,000 dollars • We have to pay for the cost of entry fees, tools, transportation and travel costs for competition! • Every little donation helps whether it is in the form of mentorship, money, or tools and equipment!
