Improving the relevance & usefulness of EMCDDA work Improving the timeliness of reporting and the identification trends More joined up, multi indicator and deeper level analysis Sensitive and reactive to policy needs 3. More emphasis on knowledge exchange, Identifying best practice and normative standards Forum for scientific exchange and networking
