PHARMACY WORKFLOW & QUALITY CONTROL

This pilot study conducted by Dr. Rita Karam from the Ministry of Public Health aims to assess the needs of pharmacy in public hospitals. It includes a questionnaire addressing various aspects of pharmacy management such as availability and storage of drugs, pharmacy committee, pharmaceutical waste, and more. Suggestions for improvement include regular visits from the Ministry of Health, involvement and monitoring of pharmacy activities, and exchanging experiences between public hospital pharmacists. A training workshop is also proposed in collaboration with RHUH.
