  2. 41 years old male presented to the urology OPD c/o : • Weak stream for 2 years

  3. No other LUTS • no dysuria • No hematuria

  4. No PMHx • PSHx: • URS since 3 years • No drug allergies • Smoker • Married

  5. O/E: • Abd: NAD • GU: • Circumcised phallus, adequate meatus • Normal size and lie of both testes

  6. CBC: NAD • RFT: NAD • Urine R/M And C/S were Normal

  7. Uroflowmetry : • Low amplitude plateau curve • Qmax: 7 ml/sec • Volume: 210 ml

  8. MCUG was done

  9. Pt was Assessed by Dr. Abdulwahab Alqasabi • Urethroplasty was done (Orandi flab) • Longitudinal ventral penile skin flap with A lateral pedicle
