InWEnt – Capacity Building Instruments for Change: • Advanced professional training (job-specific, practice-oriented advanced training programmes) • Dialogue (platform of exchange, facilite active participation of all participants, sector-specific dialogues, internet forums) • Building networks (international networks, alumni/ alumnae, e-learning and internet: Global Campus 21) • Advisory services for human resource development (capacity-building strategy, human resource development plan, e.g. transfer projects, process moderation, coaching)

RegionalCoordination:Regional offices • Offices in Beijing, Hanoi, Manila, Dar es Salaam, Pretoria, Lima, Managua, Sao Paulo, Cairo, New Delhi • Offices are active in identifying demands, programme implementation, coordination with other donors and the alumni programme • Main objectiv: to be closer to the target groups and their demands, offer flexibility, coordination

RegionalCoordination:Alumni programme • Development of Networks (AN@FRIC, Re@L) • Support for Alumni Associations • Dialogue Forum for Alumni, Workshops, e-Learning Opportunities • Newsletters and Magazines • Main objectiv: Consider alumni as strategic partners for InWEnt and therefore serves as a catalyst and encourages alumni to act as promotors of development of their organisations and nations.
