Visit the unit each day to look for customers Recruited babies Thank the registrar/ANNP who recruited them Thank the consultant whose patient it is (e-mail copied to the other consultants and registrars) Potential recruits Ask the registrar ANNP what is happening about INIS Ask the consultant whether they can be recruited If team is busy, I do the recruitment Missed recruits Discuss this on the grand round
