  1. Structure of Lab Our Lab divided in three main regions: 1. Aseptic work Area a. Washing room b. Media preparation room c. Inoculation room d. Growth chamber Green House Net House

  2. All Fabrication works were design and constructed by a team of young and enthusiastic boys who left schooling after 10th /12th standard and this team was Intelligentlydirected by Kamlesh Patel The molding of Global Technology Association is a results of High Intention, Sincere Effort, Intelligent Direction & Skilful execution ofall team members.

  18. GREEN HOUSE CLIMATE CONTROLLER In our system the Temperature data was monitored by 8 bit Microcontroller and a Temperature Sensor. It continuously senses temperature, displays it on 16x2 LCD, compares it with set value. If it’s greater, then it switches ON fan and fogger.

  19. PC BASED DATA LOGGER WITH TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY • In our System the Humidity & Temperature data was monitored using the Microcontroller & PC. • It continuously senses temperature, displays it on both LCD and PC, compares it with set value. If it’s greater, then it switches ON fan and fogger. And it logs the complete details like Date, Time, Temperature, Humidity, and Efficiency of Green House.

  20. Net House Area • Used for secondary hardening of in vitro raised banana plantlets. • Under controlled conditions high temperature and low humidity • Temperature 35°C • 50% shade net
