  3. You can receive a new SCN/CPN (Secondary Credit Number / Credit Profile Number) which can be used to start a new clean credit file. The SCN/CPN does not replace your SSN number at all and is not to be called an SSN number at anytime.

  4. It is not be used for any government purposes such as but not limited to: Military, Child support, DSS, Income/SSI, Taxes, FHA, VA, or any government backed funding.

  5. You are still legally responsible for any transactions or obligations you secure with your SCN. This is not a permanent solution. A permanent solution is to fix your real credit and ​to learn how to use your credit wisely, and not over extend yourself. ​​​​​​
