  14. Pull-Tab Bingo How pull-tabs are played - DEALS Pull-tabs are generally sold in deals. These deals may contain as few as 17 tickets or as many as 16,896 tickets. Varieties in size and type allow organizations to select deals that will be profitable for them.

  15. Pull-Tab Bingo How Pull-Tabs Are Played – PRICE & PRIZES Pull-tabs currently approved in the state of Texas can range in price from 10 cents to $10 per ticket. Prizes awarded may be merchandise or cash prizes with values ranging from the cost of a ticket to $750. Winning pull-tabs must be redeemed during the occasion purchased.

How Pull-Tabs Are Played – PRIZES The licensed organization now has an option to collect or not collect the 5% prize fee on bingo prizes awarded under $5.00, but must submit the entire 5% prize fee to the state of every bingo prize awarded. Winning pull-tab tickets of $25 or more must be defaced immediately upon redemption. Winning pull-tab tickets of $25 or more must be retained as long as the deal is in play. Defaced Ticket

  25. Pull-Tab Bingo OTHER STYLES OF PLAY Multiple Part Ticket– An instant or event ticket that is broken apart andsold in sections by a licensed authorized organization. Each section of the ticket consists of a separate deal with its own corresponding payout structure, serial number, winner verification.

  26. Pull-Tab Bingo OTHER STYLES OF PLAY Jackpot or Progressive – A style of pull-tab game with both a stated prize and chance at a jackpot prize. A portion of the stated payout is contributed to the jackpot prize. Each jackpot is continuous with the same form number and continues until the jackpot is awarded. Jackpot prizes are subject to the $750 per game prize limit.

  35. Pull-Tab Dispensers Pull-tab dispensers cannot be used to generate or determine the random letters, numbers, or symbols used to play bingo. Pull-tab dispensers may only be used to sell pull-tabs at a cost of $1 or less. No more than five pull-tab dispensers may be used in one bingo hall.

  36. Pull-Tab Dispensers Pull-tabs sold using a pull-tab dispenser must be inventoried and accounted for as with all other pull tabs. Sales of pull-tabs must be properly recorded on occasion paperwork, recorded on the cash register, and deposited as part of the occasion deposit of bingo proceeds.
