  3. On-Line Reporting Click on Main Menu You can create a Property Report through two methods

  8. Reporting Agency Address 0001 By Clicking on the “Reporting Agency Address” you can save time by storing and recalling addresses

  9. Storing Common Data Enter the zip code of the office, click Submit and see what addresses are stored. You can select by clicking the “Select” button and add by entering the data in the “Add” fields.

  15. Ninety-five percent of all reported property is Regular Utilization and Donation screening. This is pre-selected for you. Type Property To find out more about property types

  18. Reimbursable Property Information required to send proceeds back to reporting agency. If your property is an “Exception” and not Normal Reutilization and Donation screening, then Agency Location Code and Appropriation Fund is required

  19. Report Property (FSC) To help identify your Federal Supply Classification, click on the “FSC” hypertext for a searchable listing

  20. FSC List You can search by FSC or FSG code or description

  21. FSC Results Click on the hypertext to pre-fill the FSC and description on the property report. Furniture Enter the name or first three characters of the word and click “Submit”.

  37. The Federal Asset Sales Initiative (eFAS) is one of the E-Gov initiatives established in the President's Management Agenda. Beginning in 2007, all agencies will use an approved sales center to sell their surplus personal property. Currently, there are two approved personal property sales centers that agencies can choose from to sell general government surplus property - - General Services Administration (GSA) or the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA-CEPO) and two sales centers that agencies can use to sell forfeited and abandoned property - - Department of Treasury and Department of Justice.   46. Report Property Note: SRD ( leave blank). The system will fill the date in automatically when submitted GOOD DESCRIPTION OF ITEM IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
