2. We Asked. We Listened. • Patient Safety Culture Survey • In 2014 we conducted a patient safety survey and then we repeated it in 2015. Here is what you told us: • You told us that your units are starting to feel safer • You told us that more and more the organization is balancing productivity with patient safety • You told us that you feel more involved in the analysis of adverse events which help you feel that you are making a difference in preventing future events • You told us that you feel supported by your supervisors to make improvements in your areas • You told us that you feel more comfortable identifying and discussing errors • You told us that that as an organization we still have work to doto • become the safest we can be.

3. Let’s Talk • We want to hear from you. That is why we have implemented the More Time to Care System. It is how we ASK. • This system is intended to empower the frontline staff to TALK. • As a group we are encouraged to LISTEN. • This method of communication is how we, the organization as a whole, will make healthcare safer for our patients. We are doing this using our More Time to Care Management System!
