  13. Grade Promotion To move from 9th to 10th grade Must have Math, Science, and Literature along with 2 additional units (5 total Units) To move from 10th to 11th grade Must have Math, Science, and Literature along with 2 additional units (10 units)

Transcript • Only final grades given at 18 weeks go on the transcript • This is the student’s permanent record • This is what is sent to colleges • These are grades that determine whether or not a student passes or fails the class • These are the only grades used to calculate GPA and class rank • Math 1 and 2 are the only courses that are year long and a final grade will be given in May

Athletic Eligibility • All Freshman are eligible for extra curricular activities first semester of high school • Students must pass 3 out of 4 classes every semester to remain eligible • A student who failed 2 classes in the fall is ineligible for spring activities • A student who fails 2 classes in the spring will be ineligible for both summer and fall activities
