Cosmo Synthetic Paper - Success Stories Cosmo Synthetic Paper For Backlit Entertainment Display Cosmo Synthetic Paper has been used recently by a leading film entertainment company based in India as a back sheet for their backlit entertainment displays. They were looking for a substrate which would help to transmit light from the source onto the display panel in an effective way and improve the visibility of the printed images on the display panels. They selected our Both Sides Coated Cosmo Synthetic Paper in 175 micron thickness due to its optimized opacity level as compared to conventional paper. Along with this, our non tearable paper also offers distinct features of moisture and chemical resistance to enhance repeated product usage. Cosmo Synthetic Paper For Degree Certificates And Marksheets Application Cosmo Synthetic Paper has been used by a renowned Government funded University for printing of their degree certificates and marksheets for the current academic session. They were looking for a substrate which would replace conventional paper and provide durability and longevity for their printed documents. Our non tearable paper became an ideal choice for their requirements. The substrate was printed by incorporating various security features through UV flexography process. It was then printed with a Ricoh laser printer for variable data printing of student credentials.
Some of the security features that are compatible with Cosmo Synthetic paper are micro printing, high resolution border, void pantograph, invisible printing, blind embossing, hot foil stamping, water mark, QR code, prismatic printing, serial numbering and others. It is also writeable with oil based pens and pencils. Cosmo Synthetic Paper For Labels Application For Food Packaging Cosmo Synthetic Paper has been used recently by a leading multinational food packaging corporation as a substrate for liner-less labels for meat trays application. It is also being used as an insert label for food packaging. The customer was earlier using a laminated paper and was looking for a more durable option to improve repeated usability of the label, thereby increasing the product shelf life. Our non tearable paper became the preferred choice of substrate for their requirements. Our substrate (150 microns both sides coated product) is printed first through UV Flexography process and then through Thermal Transfer printing for barcode labeling and product identification. It can also be converted into self-adhesive form based on the customer requirements.
Cosmo Synthetic Paper For Menu Cards Application Cosmo Synthetic Paper has been used recently by a renowned food chain as a substrate for printing of their restaurant menu cards. They were earlier using a laminated paper board which was getting damaged easily due to repeated usage at their outlets. Our non tearable paper became their preferred choice of substrate due to its distinct features of non-tearability, moisture and chemical resistance. They are using our substrate (195 microns standard product) which is being printed both sides through a UV Offset process and then converted into a form of catalogue. They also intend to use our product for dangler and poster applications.
Cosmo Synthetic Paper For Plant Tags Application Cosmo Synthetic Paper has been used recently for a plant tag application. Our customer was looking for a substrate which has good durability, tear and weather resistance. Our non tearable paper became an ideal choice for their requirements. They used our both sides coated Synthetic Paper (150 microns thick) and printed through UV Offset process. It was then converted into a form of tag through die-punching process. Our substrate was tested successfully on QUV Accelerated Weathering tester for outdoor exposure (8 weeks).
