  2. Prayer • God, my Friend, I offer You each moment of this day: whatever comes—the unexpected challenges, diversions from my plans, the need-filled glance, the expectations and complaints, the being taken for granted, the slights and sleights-of-hand. I’d be grateful if You could keep me aware of my pesky habits, like (insert pesky habit here)And, between us, perhaps we can enliven the spirits of those I live and work with, like (insert names)Whatever else befalls, I trust we can cope with it, together. • Praised be the Incarnate Word. • Forever. Amen.

Sustained concentration on the breath • 7. First Breath, Last Breath • 8. Repeat the name of God

  5. Importance of Routine • Set aside time for prayer or meditation or something that works for you that helps calm your mind. • This is to help you give full attention to something that really matters • Start off slow and develop as time goes on. • Like many things in life, it takes time to get good at something.

  6. Activity • Draw a stressful activity/an activity that keeps you busy from the pile. Explain what spiritual exercise you would choose to overcome it and come up with a routine to get back on track.
