Collecting Information of Candidates to be Assessed

Next step of our Assessment process is to collect a list of candidates ready to face the assessment, comprises of complete details of each candidate and training completed. It is essential part of our assessment methodology which help us to collect necessary data of a trainee regarding his background and current status. This also helps us in maintaining a database that we may utilize in future for employability and linkage with industries.

Shorting & Preparing Trade wise List

In next step we will prepare summary containing trade wise information of candidates to be accessed and suitable date/locations, which helps us to make the strategy.

Selection of Appropriate Team

After receiving relative information for assessment, we will depute team of eligible accessers / industry experts who will take care of the whole process according to the guidelines of assessment, nature of assessment and the subjects involved there-in.

Appointing Team Leader

As soon as our selection process comes to an end we select one most eligible team member to lead the entire team and manage the testing process up-to the mark.

Post Assessment Preparation:

On the basis of information received for assessment we prepare all the necessary Attendance Sheet, Assessment Sheet, Data Sheet and Trade-wise Question Bank, Assignment Topics etc.

Skill development initiative

  • Arrangements for testing process:

  • Before starting the assessment our team leader assess the arrangements made for testing purpose and after satisfying that according to the nature of training for which testing is being done all required facility is available at venue, he starts the testing.

  • Personal Interaction with Candidates

  • During this step our assessor entertains each candidate personally in friendly environment with the purpose to collect the information regarding his training quality, duration and practical etc. This information is very useful to us and helps to compare with the information submitted by the training provider and by this way we try to know the genuineness and quality of training provided to candidates.

  • Theory & Practical Session:

  • In this session Assessor asked every candidate few questions randomly selected from the Question Bank already prepared for the testing purpose. Later on some practical assignments given to each candidate if required which depend on nature of training.

  • Assessing the Competency and Marking

At the end keeping in view the overall performance of the candidate and the objectives of the training programme assessor filled the assessment sheet by giving the appropriate marks/grade and take the signature of the candidate in the attendance sheet. We will also collect the personal feedback of candidates to ensure future rectifications to be implemented as a part of assessment process.
