  • Is the ideal method of interaction between people and equipment so that everyone works more efficiently.

  • To benefit from it, do the following:

    • Use a monitor filter.

    • Take breaks shall be kept away from the computer.

    • Adequate ventilations.

    • Adequate lightening .

    • Use adjustable chairs.

    • A footrest should be provided.

    • Use a mouse mate.

    • Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)

    • Back Problems

    • Eye Strain

  • Keeping the equipment and peripherals clean.

  • Placing the computer in a well-ventilated area with an adequate temperature.

  • You can protect the environment by doing the following:

    • Recycling printer toner cartridges.

    • Using a monitor that consumes less power while the computer is inactive.

    • Reducing the need for printed materials by using electronic documents.
