  1. MEKANISME LAPORAN BEBAN KERJA DOSENUNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA • Laporan Dosen; • Laporan Dekan; • Laporan Rektor. Secara lengkap tatacara penyusunan laporan kinerja dosen dapat di bedakan menjadi (3) dua bagian:

  2. Laporan Dosen • Dosen membuat laporan kinerja secara lengkap menggunakan Format 1 dengan menggunakan software LKD (Laporan Kinerja Dosen). Tatacara menggunakan software LKD sudah dipraktekan tadi. • LKD diprint (cetak) rangkap 3, satu untuk fakultas, satu universitas dan satu diri sendiri kemudian direview oleh dua orang asesor. Apabila asesor sudah setuju maka asesor wajib menandatangani berkas LKD tersebut. • Berkas LKD yang sudah di tanda tangani oleh 2 orang asesor diserahkan kepada Dekan (Urusan Kepegawaian) bersama-sama dengan softfile LKD yang sudah diisi (file semester I dan file sementer 2).
