  1. Leonardo Da Vinci Leonardo Da Vinci was an Italian Polymath, Musician, inventor, and writer. He is considered by many the father of Modern Science. His other nickname is The Renaissance Man.

  2. Mona Lisa The Mona Lisa is Leonardo Da Vinci most famous work. It has been acclaimed as ,”the best known, the most visited, the most written about, the most sung about, the most parodied work of art in the world”.

  3. He also painted other pieces of art. Some of his other famous pieces are: ‘The Last Supper’, ‘The Virgin and Child With St. Anne, and the Vitruvian Man. • The Last Supper is a late 15th- century painting . Its considered one of the most famous paintings in the world • It is currently in the Santa Maria delle Grazie (Milan) Church in Italy.

  4. The Virgin and Child With St. Anne • This oil painting was painted in 1508. It’s a painting of St. Anne, her daughter Virgin Mary and an infant Jesus

  5. The Vitruvian Man • The Vitruvian Man is a drawing from 1490. The drawing shows the mans proportions.

  6. Other Inventions. • During his lifetime Leonardo was valued as an engineer.  Leonardo was fascinated by the phenomenon of flight. He planned a lot of flying machines.
