New Economics papers • An announcement service filtering information on new additions to RePEc into edited reports. • The objective: to provide subscribers with up-to-date information about the research literature. • Today, there are 51813 subscriptions from 23610 unique addresses distributed throughout the world. • The reports are generated by subject-specific editors (>80). E.g. Accounting & Auditing, Central Banking, Computational Economics, Financial Markets, Innovation, Network Economics, Public Finance, Sports & Economics,… Source: nep.repec.org (March, 2009)

New Economics papers Entrepreneurship • Entrepreneurship? • Entrepreneurial :“the manifest ability and willingness of individuals, on their own, in teams, within and outside existing organizations, to perceive and create new economic opportunities (new products, new production methods, new organizational schemes and new product–market combinations) and to introduce their ideas in the market, in the face of uncertainty and other obstacles, by making decisions on location, form and the use of resources and institutions”; • Managerial: “organizing and coordinating”. Associated keywords: innovation, risk, uncertainty, VC, Business Angels, employment, economic growth, gender,… • Now, the editing process is computer-assisted. The case of emerging topic.
