  2. What to Expect? • Payroll checks will be drawn on Chase bank account • Direct deposits will transfer from Chase • No need to make any changes on your Direct Deposit information Your Partner for Successful Solutions

  3. Outstanding Checks? • Please deposit any BOA checks you may have not yet cashed to avoid any returns due to the closing of our BOA account. Your Partner for Successful Solutions

  4. Remote Deposit • All checks, except for corporate, will be converted to electronic format prior to deposit at Chase. • Will result in faster turn-around both for credit at the bank and our notification of non-sufficient funds. Your Partner for Successful Solutions

  5. Department Deposits • Contact Mary Ann Shaughnessy at xx4235 (Fiscal Services – JPL) to request new endorsement stamp if you deposit checks Your Partner for Successful Solutions

  6. How Can You Help? • Advise students, 3rd parties, or granting agencies who remit funds via ACH or Wire Transfer that our bank account is changing. • Contact Gary Lott, xx4221 to receive new banking account/routing numbers Your Partner for Successful Solutions
