Duct Cleaning Sacramento Duct Cleaning Sacramento The Dryer Vent Cleaning Wizard Competes in Tough Mudder 2017 in order to Propagate Awareness for the Children's Burn Foundation Since 2012, wizards across the United States have joined with the Children's Burn Foundation, an operation that delivers health and theraputic assistance for children who are survivors of fires, in addition to educational programs about fire prevention and safety The local Dryer Vent Cleaning Wizard enrolls with franchisees throughout the nation who play a part with a month-long fundraising campaign for the Children's Burn Foundation during October, National Fire Prevention Month. The donations come direct from their corporate office and franchisees, who either promise a dollar amount for each job they complete in October or contribute a specific amount. Last year, Dryer Vent Wizard managed to donate almost $21,000, increasing their sum total donations made to the Children's Burn Foundation to $63,955. In order to meet their 2017 goal of generating $25,000, their corporate office engaged in some distinct fundraising in addition to their future October campaign. On June 3rd, members of the corporate team engaged in the Tough Mudder race to heighten interest for the Children's Burn Foundation. Tough Mudder is an endurance tournament where attendees venture to race through a muddy 10-- 12 mile-long military-style obstacle course. This is the first year Dryer Vent Wizard has performed in a Tough Mudder race, and they are hopeful that they will find as much caring support for the Children's Burn Foundation in the course of this Tough Mudder drive as they have throughout their past five years of National Fire Prevention Month drives.
